We specialize in Liner replacements. But we offer Openings and Closings, installation of safety covers and replacement covers to name a few. Please get in touch if you have a specific need. We will do our best to help or point you to a reliable source.
Liners are made custom to your specific pool, so all quotes are different. We will happily come take measurements (free of charge) and provide you with a quote. Other services are provided and pricing can be discussed prior to setting up an appointment.
Payment is collected in 2 installments. Of course you are welcome to pay in full, but we require the 1st installment before we order the liner. The 2nd installment is due at time of installation. For other services, payment is due at time of service. We offer many payment options. Your invoice will list your total cost for sale or service. Should you choose a form of payment that applies a transaction fee, please note this will not be listed on the invoice. It is your repsonsibility to be aware of the additional charge for these services.
Cash or Check - You are welcome to mail or drop off at our address.
Credit Card - option available via our webiste. A 2.9% transaction fee will automatically be applied
Bank-to-bank transfer - This option takes a little longer (approx 5 business days), so this will delay the timing of your order as we do not place liner orders until the first payment is received. Dont worry though, its only a couple extra days. A 1% transaction fee applies
Venmo - A 2.9% transaction fee will automatically be applied.
We do not offer a financing options at this time.
Once you contact us, we will set up a time to come collect measurements. You can expect a quote within a week.
After the decision to order has been made, we will collect the first installment of your payment before ordering the liner.
Once ordered, the liner typically takes about 4 weeks to make. This could be more or less depending on time of year you order (as there are times that are busier than others). We like to quote 6wks to be safe, but typically liners are received in our warehouse within a month.
Once we receive the liner, we will set up a time and day to install. During this conversation we will explain everything you need to know to prepare for your install.
Installation usually takes just a couple hours, and you do not need to be present as long as we have access to your backyard.
We will come back the next day after the pool has time to fill some, and put finishing touches on.
We work with a trusted manufacturer to guarantee we are giving our customers the best liner we can. With that, we understand sometimes things so wrong. If it is on our end, we will work with you to fix the issue. Our manufacturer offers 1 year warranty on split seams. Also, sometimes liner does come out of bead. , This is typicaI, so no need to worry. If that happens, give us a call and we can put it back in place.
